Little Grove is situated on the upper level of our Lakeland stone barn. A wealth of lovely Cumbrian slate and original timbers keep the country atmosphere in what is the perfect cottage for two. The galleried kitchen is well equipped with an electric fan-assisted oven and hob, microwave and fridge. The round kitchen table and chairs in old pine provide an intimate dining area for two. The lounge area has a comfy sofa and arm chair for relaxing in front of the wood burning stove. A flat-screen TV/DVD player & wireless internet access are on hand for those who wish to keep in touch with the outside world. The double bedroom is furnished with solid pine furniture and leads to a modern & bright ensuite bathroom. From the garden and sun terrace outside the lounge window you can sit in the quietness looking up to Wansfell over the fields, or watch the stars in the clear mountain air. These superb views can also be enjoyed from your armchair in the lounge. Little Grove is an ideal spot to rest your weary legs after a hard days walking on the fells as well as a bolt-hole to curl up with a book on those less-than-perfect Lakeland weather days.
